Summary
Print shows a grotesque and elderly man seated in an armchair and addressing a visibly pregnant young servant woman who stands before him. Behind them is an empty fireplace; on the chimney-piece is a Venus flanked by cupids. On the wall are two pictures; a cock and hen facing each other like fighting-cocks, and an aged horse assailed by carrion birds.
