Pitt sits in profile to the right against the trunk of an aged and quasi-derelict tree inscribed 'Royal-Oak', his feet resting on a branch. He is eating a small crown held in his right hand, and is excreting upon the head of a sleeping boy seated on the ground leaning against the tree.
