According to Samuel Ireland, this was designed as a frontispiece to a pamphlet by Gregory Sharp which was never actually published.
This is apparently a copyby Samuel Ireland of the etching after Hogarth's design by La Cave. For the etching by La Cave see Paulson, Hogarth's Graphic Works (1965), no. 250.
