Summary
Clergymen in black, in a plainly decorated church, with an altar, crucifix and two candles, beat what appear to be a devil and a possessed man. To the right, two friars enter, dressed in lighter robes than the priests. One, who holds a rosary, raises his hand, perhaps as if to stop the beating. The words used for the title are spoken by the devil who is being beaten.
