Ira Moskovitz has created ten original copperplate etchings and forty drawings for the text. The etchings have been pulled at the Emiliano Sorini studio, New York, on Arches paper. The text and the drawings have been printed by the Meriden Gravure Company, Meriden, Connecticut, on Linweave text. This edition is limited to four hundred and seventy-five copies for sale; twenty-five copies have been reserved for the publisher"--Colophon.
