"One hundred thirty copies of this limited edition have been printed on Rives paper at Wild Carrot Letterpress employing Janson type. The etching was pulled in New York by Lynn Rogan of Printmaking Workshop. The four additional illustrations have been printed on Misu paper at the Meriden Gravure Company. The title page calligraphy is the work of Jerry Kelly. The endpapers were handmade in Paris by Richard de Bay ... bound by Gerard Charriere and Carol Joyce"--Colophon.
