"Sages prudens paisibles pudicques..." inscription on first flyleaf, followed by ownership inscription. "Homme qui mange pain chauld..." proverb inscribed on first flyleaf. Contemporary annotations on first flyleaf and title page. Recipe for "Eaue singulliere" inside lower cover, additional inscriptions unidentified.
