The second state is paged 8, 41-71, [1] p., and has 16 p. of "Additional music" (i.e. 8 p. of printed music and 8 p. of blank staves) at end. The third state is similarly paged, and has 16 p. of "Additional music" (16 p. of printed music) at end, and a note on verso of t.p., referring to the tune "Agusta [sic]," found on p. 10 of the "Additional music."
