Binding

16th-century Netherlandish panel-stamped and blind-rolled dark-brown calf (heavily worn) over wooden boards, with manuscript and printed waste as linings and pastedowns. Front pastedown is a leaf from Decisiones Novae (Mainz: Peter Schoeffer, 4 Jan. 1477; ISTC id00108000, see also PML 127095). Rear pastedown is bifolium (leaves cxxviii recto and cxxxi verso) from Alle Epistler oc Evangelia som lesiss alle Søndage (Paris: Badius, 1515; USTC 302635).
