Translator's preface signed "Uilliam O'Domnuill". Translator's dedication to King James signed "William Daniell". The translation was begun by Nicholas Walsh, John O'Kearney, and Nehemias Donellan.
The printing was begun by Kearney, possibly in 1595-97, and finished by Franckton (STC).
The dedication is in two settings: with the initial T (1) in a factotum, or (2) with shaded arabesques.
With an inserted divisional title preceding Matthew, and divisional titles to Mark and Luke. Variants: (1) lacking the divisional title preceding Matthew; (2) the leaf preceding Mark is blank; (3) the leaf preceding Luke is blank.
