Collation: title, 3 leaves of preliminary matter; text: 451 numbered leaves with many errors, the leaves following numbers 195 and 220 being blank, 1 leaf with colophon, 1 blank leaf and 1 leaf with anchor.
Numbering of leaves irregular.
On recto of 2d leaf: Reveredissimo in Christo ... D. Aegidio ... Andreas Asvlanvs salvtem. On verso of fol. [221]: Danieli Renerio ... Federicvs Asvlanvs. On recto of fol. [352]: Franciscvs Asvlanvs Erasmo Roterodamo.
Title in red. Below title is printer's mark, also in red. Initials and head-pieces partly in red. Printer's mark is found also on verso of last leaf. Printed in double columns.
