Provenance: on verso of page 365 underneath the last chapter of Malachiin autograph: "Thomas Jones his hand and name whitnes the same Alles. Maner 1675." Jones was a Welsh divine and chaplain to James, duke of York, 1663-1666. On title page are written the names "Henry Chapman" and "Erasmus Darwin, 1774". Darwin was a physician and grandfather of Charles Darwin.
