Binding
Bound in camouflage leather foil stamped in black with quotes from the text on the front and back covers. The protective enclosure is camouflage cotton cloth with the text of the second amendment printed inkjet on khaki cloth. The front endpaper (inkjet and gold leaf on Rives BFK) is an image of the author as a target with a gold leaf halo.
