"Cast in lead on the Intertype Model C4 in Linotype Eldorado... Presswork was done on the Vandercrook Universal III on Somerset paper made expressly for this edition at St. Cuthberts Mill. The endpaper was crafted to our specifications at Papeterie Saint-Amand. Stochastic four-colour offset lithography, on Mohawk Superfine paper, produced by C.J. Graphics, Printers & Lithographers.
