Full length portrait of performer and famed lion tamer Henri Martin as Sadhusing in the play by Alfred Bunn entitled "Hyder Ali, or the Lions of Mysore", which opened in the Drury Lane Theatre in 1831; he is shown facing 3/4 to the left, standing over a prostrate lion with a dagger in his raised hand.
