The sewn boards binding and drop spine box are by Craig Jensen with cover design by the author. The typefaces are Palatino Italic & Roman, Schadow Book, Elizabeth Roman, Michelangelo, and Century Bold. Arches Cover is the text paper with Saint-Armand flax paper and Cave Granite flax paper in the bindings.
