Summary
Print shows a winged female figure carrying coats of arms to a winged figure sitting enthroned, who ties them all together; above the winged figure, four sculpted bust in medieval clothes, set upon pedestals; in ornate border, with allegorical figures in the upper part, and winged putti in the lower part.
