Laid into case is a black and white photograph of the rolling-press in Oxford by David Stumpp, signed and dated 15 June 2016 on verso (28.7 x 19.4 cm).
"Twenty sets of plates ... have been selected and printed by Michael Philips, using a replica of Blake's rolling-press installed in the Upper Library at Christ Church, Oxford, on paper hand-made by W.S. Hodgkinson and Co. around 1927. The accompanying letterpress was set in Bell types and printed by Paul W. Nash at the Strawberry Press, Moreton-in-Marsh."--Colophon, letterpress volume.
Library's copy numbered 3, printed in blue-green with embossment, and includes a replica copper plate (115 x 73 mm) of the poem Holy Thursday, created for the project by Michael Phillips.
