The enl. ed. in publisher's vellum with brown silk ties; with extra pages at the back, which are glued together to form a block, and hollowed out to house the midget fol.; the enl. ed. stamped in gilt: "Quads within Quads" with a warning: "In unlocking this forme see that the Quads do not drop out"; the midget fol. in publisher's vellum with yellow silk ties and gilt stamped: "Quads".
