One of 500 numbered copies issued by John Rodker to replace ca. 500 copies of the Egoist Press limited edition of 2,000 copies which were confiscated and destroyed by U.S. Customs; the 500 copies of this issue were subsequently seized at the customs office in Folkstone, with small number of recorded copies escaping the authorities; this issue is almost identical to the first and second editions except that a number of typographical corrections previously identified by Joyce have been made to the text.
Lacking the 8 pages of errata included in the first printing of the Egoist Press edition, with most of the errata corrected in this issue.
