Illustrated with two woodcuts by Vanessa Bell.
Printed at the Ovid Press, likely in 1920 by John Rodker, whose press was based at 43 Belsize Park Gardens from April 1919 to February 1921. The Chelsea Book Club opened in December 1919 and produced their first publications in the spring of 1920. Three modest exhibition catalogs published by the Club in 1920 show the same printer's address of 43 Belsize Park Gardens. Two of these have been attributed to Rodker's Ovid Press (A6 and A7 in G. Cloud. John Rodker's Ovid Press: A bibliographic history. New Castle: Oak Knoll, 2010); the third uses the Ovid Press's initial T.
