Summary
Print shows the figure of Prussia in a pith helmet, on all fours over a basin of water, blowing into the sail of a toy boat; at left and right are two children in Prussian pith helmets, one holding a toy boat in his hand as he looks on and the other similarly engaged in blowing a boat a toy boat across a bowl of water; above stands a female figure wearing a pith helmet and holding shield in one hand and a toy boat in the other; in the background at left, a stand sells toy boats under a sign reading: Vaisseaux à tous prix.
