Assuring him of the Sultan's resolution to present gifts to His Majesty, the Duke of York, and the Prince of Wales in recognition of their recent success in Egypt; the gifts to include a diamond ring for the king, a diamond sword for the duke, and a third for the Prince of Wales "not quite fixed ... but I suspect it will be some curious & valuable antient arms".
