Summary
Asking him to send the lines intended for [Joseph] Blacket's tombstone "which is ready for the inscription, and having lost the one you proposed, I should be particularly obliged to you if you will favour me with the lines again", and sending him the names of five additional subscriber's to Blacket's posthumous collection of verse.
