Early trial proof of the first thirty lines from Hamlet's soliloquy To be or not to be in German, published by the Cranach Press.
Typeset in the Jenson roman devised by Edward Prince with Emery Walker and Harry Kessler, and printed in 1912. The Cranach editions of Hamlet, eventually published in 1929 and 1930, were set in a black letter font specially designed by Edward Johnston.
