Summary
Concerning Byron's refusal to return to Harrow as the pupil of Henry Drury and his desire to be a pupil of Dr. [Joseph] Drury or Mr. Bromley instead; noting Dr. Drury's refusal to tutor Byron owing to his prior engagements, requesting Hanson to inquire if Mr. Bromley would be able to take him as a pupil, and stating her unwillingness to force Byron to return, as "I know he would not remain, and I do not choose he should wander about the country as other boys have done that have been sent to school against their inclinations."
