Summary
Charles Howard, styled Earl of Surrey 1777-1786, known as the Jockey of Norfolk. He stands in profile to the left, holding a stick in his right hand, his hat under his left arm, his left hand in his breeches pocket. He is plainly dressed and wears his own hair cut short. Cf. George.
