Printed in a single column, with a wood engraved illustration at head of sheet showing a man at box surrounded by papers, evidently speaking to a group of Irishmen, with a sign on the wall behind him reading "No Blackguard Irishmen".
Item mounted onto a leaf from an album of collected song sheets and broadsides (PML 136667) the individual folios disbound and housed in two boxes.
