Summary
Print shows a street scene in Nottingham on a wet night. Two chairmen, wearing laced hats, carry (right to left) along "The High Pavement" an elderly woman in a sedan chair. In front walks a fat, absurd footman, holding a flambeau. Pedestrians with umbrellas look sourly at the chair.
