Whereas in and by a certain act of Parliament made and passed in the third year of the reign of his late Majesty King George the Fourth, it is enacted, that in all fairs held within ten miles of Temple Bar all business and amusements of all kinds shall cease at the hour of ten in the evening, and not recommence earlier than the hour of six in the morning ...
