Summary
Print shows an enormous pair of scales in which three fashionably dressed and elaborately coiffed women at right are "outweighed" by a single modestly dressed woman at left, despite the efforts of a man who clings to the edge of the right-hand tray in an attempt to pull it downwards. At left, a portly man with a telescope eyes the scene with amusement.
