Inscribed on p. [4]: T. Balston Dec. 1922; with note beneath that reading: Who bought this, apparently, from Mr. Hollings[?]. There are 'thank God' only 4 or 6 other copies since it was decided not to publish it (it's so bad) & the blocks were withdrawn by Tom Balston's affectionate friend. Albert R. 19/3/23.
