The 1st version of this print, with the representation of the Holy Ghost printed in red at right, subsequently replaced by a red star in the final version; Physick identifies the individual blocks used for this design as: no. 220. St. Christopher (with small additional engraving of chimney smoke printed in red); no. 221. A rose-plant in Jericho; no. 222. Wave; no. 224. The Holy Ghost as dove.
