Summary
Print shows a female figure representing London kneeling at the feet of another female figure identified as Britannia who is shown leaning against a pedastal at right upon which lies the Magna Charta; around them stand the figures of Hercules, Prudence, and Neptune, and below them lie the vanquished figures of Envy, Oppression, and Tyranny. Within a decorative border, with a circular medallion inset below showing three men working at an anvil.
