Illustrated with 70 copper engravings, including frontispiece in vol. 2, engraved t.p.'s with vignettes, and 67 plates, 12 of which are engraved by William Blake and the others by W. Skelton, W. Grainger, P. Audinet, Cook, Lovegrove, Manzell, and Wilson. The designs were adapted from those of W. Kent, J. Wootton or Gravelot in earlier editions. Cf. Bentley.
