Pochoir plates signed J.D. and numbered in pencil; colophon signed in green ink by Dine, in red ink by Padgett, and in blue ink by designer Elaine Lustig Cohen.

Unsewn sheets in cream wove paper wrapper with continuous screenprint printed in black, covered in glassine, and issued in cream linen slipcase with continuous screenprint printed in pink.
