The watermark (a woman's profile) is after a drawing by the Matisse.
With 28 full-page lithographs printed in brown, and 27 initials and numerous ornaments printed in blue, created by the artist between 1946 and 1954 and printed by Mourlot Frères.
Text set in Baskerville 24 and printed by Fequet et Baudier.
