A collection of 250 Catholic devotional cards mounted on sheets and bound; most cards are printed on laid paper, but 5 are printed on vellum, 1 on silk, and three are hand-drawn on paper; most cards are hand-colored.

Images depict scenes from the Bible and the life of Christ, Mary, and many different saints, including: Nicholas of Tolentino, Apollonia, Anthony of Padua, Veronica, Maria Maddalena de' Pazzi, Francis of Assisi, Charles Borromeo, Francesco di Geronimo, Geneviève, Giulia, Vincent de Paul, Ursula, Filippo Neri, and others. 143 cards are Dutch or Flemish, with woodcuts and engravings by Cornelius de Boudt, Francis Huberti (Franz Huybrechts), Michiel Cabbaey, A.J. Heydreix, L.J. Fruijtiers, Cornelis Galle, and others; 45 are French, with woodcuts and engravings by Basset, J.J. Pasquier, and others; 35 are German, with woodcuts and engravings by Joseph Gleich, Johann Busch, and others; 11 are Italian, with woodcuts and engravings by Fratelli Vallardi and others; 16 are of undetermined origin. Included is one broadside from the shrine of the Virgin Mary at Loreto (Santa Casa), affirming the validity of the relic attached to it: part of a veil that touched statues at the shrine, affixed to the sheet with a stamp bearing the seal of the shrine, and a manuscript note testifying to its authenticity.
