According to Curtis, this print was created in 1827 as a later addition to the series of 10 lithographs by Bonington published in Paris in two parts in June and September of 1824 and entitled: Restes et fragmens [sic] d' architecture du moyen age : recueillis dans diverses parties de la France et dessinés d'aprés nature / par R.P. Bonington.
Print is mounted on folio 59 of a bound volume of prints by and after R.P. Bonington (see Bonington album PML 142069).
