"The text of this book was handset in 'Spectrum' type and printed at the Stanbrook Abbey Press, Worcester, from August to October, in order to mark the centenary of the Press on 26 November 1976. The drawings, presented in their original size, were reproduced by offset lithography at Skelton's Press, Wellingborough. This edition of 240 copies comprises: forty signed copies printed on 'Chatham' handmade paper, of which 10 sets of sheets numbered [1]-[10] have been reserved for special binding; thirty copies, numbers I-XXX, bound in full leather with endpapers of 'De Wint' mould-made, and slip case; two-hundred copies on cartridge paper, of which numbers 1-50 have been bound in quarter-leather with 'De Wint' paper sides and numbers 51-200 in 'De Wint' paper covers. All the edition bindings were executed by George Percival of Leicester."--Colophon.
