Acquired in four folded and stapled gatherings.

Printed at head of 1st leaf of text in vols. 1 and 3: 750 Copies of "Visions of Cody" were printed for New Directions in 1959 by Igal Roodenko and are signed by [blank].
Most of galley leaf 33 is blank in vols. 2 and 3, with final lines of type in all caps: More dialog or more text to set - ? - here...there you are.

Proofreading marks present in v.1 on leaves 9, 19, and 26-7 ; on first blank leaf of v.1, title and author have been inscribed in pencil at top in an unknown hand ; first leaf of v.3 has been marked "cut galleys" in red pencil.
