Therefore, ordered, that the commanders of brigades, regiments and companies...be and hereby are called upon to exert themselves ... to compleat their respective quotas of the men designated by the Resolves of the General Court of the 5th, 22d and 23d of June instant, and march them immediately to reinforce the Continental Army. ...this State to fill up the fifteen Battalions as our Quota of the Continental army ....
