Saunders mould-made paper from the mill at Wookey Hole, Somerset, containing an extra proof of the frontispiece signed by Joan Hassall, bound by Sangorski and Sutcliffe, and numbered I-L; and 400 copies on Wookey Hole pure rag paper, bound by the Wigmore Bindery, and numbered I-400.
