In two parts, "Memoirs of the life and writings of Mr. Gray" and "The poems of Mr. Gray", with separate pagination and signatures; the second part includes "Imitations, variations, and additional notes" (p. [73]-111).
The "Memoirs" consists in large part of Gray's letters to various persons, as well as letters of Richard West to him.
