A copy of "Explanation of the Engravings, 2 p. tipped in between title page and "Advertisement" has not been included in pagination; this may account for the ESTC variation. This copy contains "My soul cleaveth to the dust" advertisement by James Bain, dated 1874 following p. [96]. A plate numbered 36, beginning "In making Folly flourish still more fair" has been bound in at the end.
