Interlocking, hand painted wooden blocks: 4 torsos, 4 heads, 8 legs, 8 arms, 1 large, and 2 small stands, and three poles, forming four figures when joined at the necks, legs, and arms at different angles, and fitting them onto poles or trapezes like acrobats.
"Crandall's building blocks. Crandall's Great Show. The Acrobats. Full of Fun and Frolic, and Most Brilliant Costume. Will exhibit at the house of the purchaser Afternoon and Evening. No postponement on account of weather. Matinee every Morning. Admission Free, Children half-price. [Patented Feb. 5th, 1867.]"--lid of box
