The leaf is printed in three horizontal rows, displaying a man chasing a mouse, a man opening and closing his mouth, and two frogs leaping. It is ready to be cut into strips for use in a zoetrope. Tipped into printed wraps.

The description of "How to make and work the zoetrope" on the inner front wrapper, says that Clarke was the first to introduce the zoetrope to England in 1867, and that several more sheets are now ready.
