Ten pages of text with black and white drawings, and six "movable" pictures in color. That is, with the aid of a raised tab and ribbon, the picture which is within a circle is moved and vanishes, and another color picture is disclosed.
"There were books ... in which tabs were pulled, thus dissolving one picture into another ... while Nister, (publisher of above book) elaborated the dissolving view books very cleverly ... one of the most remarkable chapters in the development of children's books"--Muir, English children's books, pp. 215-217.
