"Printed by me, St. John Hornby, at the Ashendene Press, Shelley House, Chelsea, in the County of Middlesex, and finished in the month of May of the year 1913. The pictures, except those of Book III. Cap. 5, Book IX. Cap. 17 and Book X. Cap. 59, were drawn by Charles M. Gere, the three aforesaid by Margaret Gere, and cut on wood by W.H. Hooper and J.B. Swain. The Text is that of Southey's Reprint (1817) of Caxton's edition, with a few minor variations, more especially in punctuation."
