Imperfect: lacks t.p. (here supplied in facsimile from the Wynkyn de Worde 1528 ed.) and 25 leaves of text (the missing leaves have been substituted from a copy of the 1502 De Worde ed. = STC 2nd ed. 9997) and bb8 (the last blank leaf, missing).
The 25 leaves of the 1502 Wynkyn de Worde ed. of the Chronicles of England, interleaved with this 1515 edition where they serve as substitutes for the missing original leaves are: Aa2-6 (the Tabula), a1-6, b1-4, e1, e6, n3-4, q3, r3-6, aa6.
Title and imprint from 2b7r. Colophon reads: "Here endeth this presente Cronycle of Englonde with the fruyte of tymes compyled in a boke and also enpry[n]ted by one somtyme scole mayster of saynt Albons upon whose soule god haue mercy.
